With venues throughout South East Queensland, Rackley Swimming is a family-owned swim school. And we’re passionate about teaching families the swim skills for children to enjoy a life-long love of the water.
After all, being able to swim with confidence unlocks the full Australian lifestyle — from days at the beach to holidays by the creek. Thanks to our climate-controlled facilities, which include indoor and outdoor pools, easily accessible viewing areas, warm showers and versatile changing rooms, you can keep swimming all year round.
But the best way to learn about us is to experience one of our FREE Baby Splash, Come & Try or Swim Safety Check sessions. It’s a chance to meet our teachers, visit your local venue and see how we do things. We’re sure you’ll feel right at home. After all, we’re your local swim family!
A message from our founder and CEO Reece Rackley.
The Queensland Government has allocated $4.8 million over the next to years for Learn to Swim activities.
Eligible families can apply for vouchers valued up to $150 to use towards swimming lessons for thier young children.
By exposing your little ones to swimming skills at a critical age, you're not just introducing them to a lifetime of fun, but also potentially saving lives.
All Rackley Swimming venues are ready to welcome you and we hope this initiative provides more than the financial support you need to get started.
We've been teaching kids to swim in South East Queensland for almost 70 years! From our humble beginnings, the first Rackley Swim School started at the iconic Burleigh Heads Bath pool in 1951. Whilst since then Rackley Swimming has expanded considerably, and now offers swimming lessons in 29 locations, we still pride ourselves on offering the same level of personal, quality and care to all swimmers, as we did when we first began.
Rackley Swimming is proud to be a local family owned business, that is passionate about helping children learn to swim, and develop the necessary skills and confidence they need to be safe in and around the water.
