Our Customer 1st Program

Swim lessons are easier to enjoy when they’re easy to manage.


This simple truth inspired us to develop our Customer 1st Program, which has been designed to delight and engage all of our swim families. 


We started by asking our customers what they’d change about Rackley Swimming. This knowledge allowed us to create a program that actually resolves issues, rather than creates them. 


But that doesn’t mean we’re finished. After all, you may not have told us what you’d like to add. If you think we’re missing something, get in touch with your feedback. We’d love to hear from you!

NO JOINING FEE

What you see is what you get. There are no additional joining fees for new customers and no annual ‘service’ fee just for doing our job. 

2.  
FAMILY-FRIENDLY DISCOUNTS 
We want everyone in your family to enjoy the benefits of learning to swim. But we understand that more kids mean more cost. As a result, we’ve decided to automatically provide discounts for families with two or more children taking part in swimming lessons at the same time!

EASY ONLINE MANAGEMENT
Our online Parent Portal allows you to manage your account, change your payment details and schedule your own make-up lessons. To log in, select Customer Access/Parent Portal from our website menu. More info on how to login to your parent portal can be found here. 
4.  
UNLIMITED MAKE-UP LESSONS
No matter the reason, you can book a make-up lesson through the online Parent Portal for any regularly scheduled lesson you can’t attend. You’ll even have 90 days to do so. To ensure everything runs smoothly, you’ll need to cancel your attendance through the Parent Portal before the class takes place. Please note; it’s not possible to book a make-up lesson for missed make-up class — so make sure you’re able to attend your rebooked session.
5.  
FOUR WEEKS HOLD FOR FREE
If you’re taking a trip, or just need a few weeks off, we provide up to 4 weeks of class holds every calendar year. If you need to miss less than 2 weeks, or more than 4, we recommend using your unlimited make-up lessons! To hold a class, please fill out our Class Hold request form no later than the Monday prior to your next direct debit. 
6.  
FORTNIGHTLY DEBITING
We want to make your payments smaller and more manageable. So we debit fortnightly, and each debit is a consistent amount. That way, it’s easier for you to plan and manage your payments.
